1.FRIENDSHIP CEMETERY
There is a ton of rumors circulating throughout MSU that Friendship Cemetery in Columbus is haunted. The ghost of a Confederate soldier can be seen at the back of the cemetery patrolling with his gun back and forth at S 4th St and S 13th Ave, Columbus, MS 39701

2. Grand Opera House of Mississippi
A reporters said  a female voice has been heard singing in the main house when the building is quiet. The Grand Opera House is now a part of the Riley Center for Education and the Performing Arts located on 2206 Fifth Street.

3. Springfield Plantation
The owners of the house, Andrew Jackson and Rachel Robards have experienced a plethora of odd sounds throughout the house including eighteenth century music coming from the old ballroom. Pretend to ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the plantation located 24 miles north off the Natchez Trace.
